Why I used Adfly for Only Two Days

It's gonna be a very short post. Just a reminder to myself why I used Adfly URL shortener on my website for only two days.
Basically there is two reasons but one of them is much more important. And that is: The amount of money it generates is just too small. The other reason is that if you want to take good care of your website visitors then you don't want them to wait the Adfly Skip Ad button to appear before they can see your pages content.
As I'm writing this mainly to myself there is no point in blurring the content. I'm not creedy but the revenue from Adfly was not clearly enough for me. I mean, my website has a small number of visits and I could pull some ad revenue out of it but Adfly could make me just a fraction of what I was making with the other means of monetization.
Adfly might make sense while having 100 000 visits per day or better 1 000 000 but even then it seems to me that it won't make as much as using other ways to monetize the site.
So, as a publisher I'm a bit dissapointed. But then again it seems a very good place to use from an advertiser point of view. I haven't tried it yet but I'll surely write about it in the future. In order to do that I need to find a good strategy to build up the campaign because you only get a certain number of seconds until your Ad might be skipped and forever forgotten.
